- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes to existing workflows and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards for Information Risk Management (IRM) through GRC implementation.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM implementations and provide technical support as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting with expertise in ServiceNow development.
- Solid understanding of GRC concepts and ability to apply them in an ITSM context.
- Experience with Information Risk Management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in developing custom scripts using Servicenow's scripting language.
