Job Summary

Swiggy is looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Recruiter to recruit and onboard Delivery Partners across Bangalore. The role involves field sourcing, candidate engagement, documentation, onboarding, and achieving hiring targets. Candidates should be comfortable traveling within assigned locations and conducting recruitment activities on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit Delivery Partners through field visits, referrals, job fairs, and local networking.
- Conduct field recruitment drives in assigned areas.
- Explain job roles, earnings, incentives, and onboarding procedures to candidates.
- Screen candidates and verify eligibility requirements.
- Complete documentation, ID creation, and onboarding formalities.
- Follow up with candidates until activation and joining.
- Build relationships with local communities, colleges, and workforce hubs.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and MIS reports.




- Coordinate with Operations and HR teams for smooth onboarding.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers can apply; experience in Recruitment, Field Sales, Telecalling, Marketing, or Delivery Hiring is preferred.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Knowledge of local areas in Bangalore.
- Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
- Kannada and basic English communication skills preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 per month (based on experience)
