Summary

Pulse Events is looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Business Head to lead the company's end-to-end operations. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of business functions, manage cross-functional teams, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and drive consistent month-on-month business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee overall business operations.

Manage Sales, Marketing, Production, Event Operations, Finance & Accounts, Client Management, and Administration.

Drive business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and teams.

Develop and implement business strategies, systems, and processes. Monitor financial performance, budgets,



and operational KPIs.

Build and maintain robust client relationships.

Coordinate closely with the Founder and ensure effective execution of business objectives.

Candidate Profile

Age: 35-40 years

Experience: Minimum 10 years in Business Operations, General Management, or Leadership roles.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Proven experience in leading multiple business functions and managing large teams.

Strong leadership, decision-making, financial, operational, and strategic planning skills.

Ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage the organization.
