Job Overview
The Business Development Manager having innovative mind-set, will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, driving sales and revenue growth
for ASF-manufacturing, fabrication and engineering services. The role will involve identifying emerging market opportunities, developing innovative business solutions, understanding customer needs, and close interaction with clients while coordinating effectively with design, production and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry outreach and client engagement.
-Develop and implement strategies for business growth, sales and revenue generation.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with industries, clients and business partners.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations and business presentations, and negotiate with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with design, manufacturing, fabrication and robotics teams to align client requirements with available capabilities.
-Develop business for engineering services including manufacturing, fabrication, prototyping, additive manufacturing, testing & measurement, reverse engineering and CAD/CAM.
-Monitor business development activities, leads and revenue against targets and submit periodic reports.




-Represent ASF at industry events, exhibitions and business meetings for brand and capability promotion.

Qualification& Experience

- B.Tech. / M.Tech. with MBA 5+ years of relevant experience in business development/sales, preferably in manufacturing, engineering or industrial services.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial applications.
-Solid communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
-Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with technical and production teams.
-Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
