Immediate Requirement | Limited Openings | Shortlisting in ProgressJohns Systems LLP is looking for an experienced MEP, Civil Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, cost estimation, and quantity surveying for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs from construction drawings as per international standards.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to determine accurate quantity requirements.
- Validate existing BOQs and ensure measurement accuracy.
- Prepare quantity variations and change order estimates.
- Develop trade-wise BOQs for Civil, MEP, and Interior Fit-Out projects.
- Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for Civil works.
- Perform quantity surveying for Civil (Architecture & Structure) and MEP services.
- Conduct cost estimation and value engineering to optimize project costs.
- Ensure all measurements comply with international standards, including POMI, SMM7, CESMM3, NRM2,



IS 1200, CSI MasterFormat, SMACNA, and NFPA.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve quantity and estimation-related queries.
- Deliver accurate and timely project submissions while maintaining quality standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

- Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
- Familiarity with international measurement standards.
- Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
