- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT projects from initiation to delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop solutions, and track progress against milestones.
- Estimate project scope, resources, and timelines to ensure accurate budgeting and effective resource allocation.
- Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule variance, cost overruns, quality issues, etc.
Job Requirements :
- 7-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in project management.
- Robust understanding of project planning, estimation, scheduling, tracking, monitoring & control processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
