Role Overview

The Sales Lead will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, conducting site visits, and supporting the end-to-end sales process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is eager to learn consultative sales, and is passionate about the architecture, construction, and luxury residential industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, social media, and inbound inquiries.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Maintain and record a healthy sales pipeline
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and upcoming projects.

Client Meetings & Site Visits
- Attend client meetings to understand project requirements.
- Conduct site visits with prospective clients and internal teams.
- Present Poetry Designs' services, portfolio, and value proposition.
- Build robust relationships with clients throughout the sales journey.

Channel Partnerships




- Build relationships with real estate brokers, property consultants and referral partners.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to generate qualified leads.
- Maintain regular engagement with existing partners to drive repeat referrals.

Sales & Customer Engagement
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
- Support negotiations and help close deals under the guidance of senior leadership.
- Ensure a smooth client experience from inquiry to project onboarding.
