Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Restaurant Sales Executive to drive restaurant sales, generate new business, build customer relationships, and promote the restaurant's offerings to individuals, corporates, and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Promote restaurant services, menus, offers, events, and special packages.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and local businesses.
- Handle enquiries related to table bookings, parties, events, and group dining.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and booking targets.
- Conduct market visits and identify recent business opportunities.
- Coordinate with restaurant operations and management for event and booking requirements.
- Maintain customer databases and regular follow-up records.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Monitor competitor activities and local market trends.




- Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.

Required Skills:

- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Presentable and confident personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualification
- 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- BBA/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred.
- 1-3 Years of Experience is Required
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can apply.
- Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, event, or sales roles will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
