Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience is essential.
We are looking for confident and friendly professionals to join our UK Outbound Voice Process.
Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to UK customers and collect basic information required to identify and qualify potential leads.
You will engage customers in a qualified and courteous manner, ask relevant questions, understand their requirements, and accurately record the information obtained during the conversation.
Key Responsibilities
