On-board high quality driver partners and vendors
- Ensure that they are well trained, process-driven and customer-centric
- Ensure delivery on SLA’s promised to the customer
- Restore operations to normalcy when things break
- Hire, coach and mentor a team of Supervisors
- Handle client management and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Own and monitor performance metrics across all sites, ensuring operational targets are achieved.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in an on-the-ground, quick-paced quick commerce experience and last mile ecommerce business is a must.
- Willingness to deal with a blue-collar, delivery workforce every day
- Advanced MS Excel skills a must - formulas, VLOOKUP, pivots etc.




- Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
- Willingness to travel between different sites and cities.
- A good understanding of the city geography and its layout will be a big plus
- Prior experience in quick commerce last mile operations role will be a big plus

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
