Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales growth and market share expansion for Becton Dickinson (BD) products within a designated territory, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring effective product positioning and utilization.

Job Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas for BD products within the designated territory.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive product adoption.




- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including key accounts and market segments.
- Build and maintain robust, long-lasting customer relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service trainings to educate customers on BD product features, benefits, and proper usage.
- Provide clinical and technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving product-related issues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, reports, and territory analyses.
