Design and develop a Continental and café-style food menu.
- Create and test new dishes according to the café concept.
- Prepare food with consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Handle daily kitchen operations and ensure timely service.
- Prepare items such as breakfast, sandwiches, burgers, pasta, salads, snacks, and Continental dishes.
- Maintain standard recipes, portion sizes, and plating.
- Manage kitchen stock and ensure ingredients are fresh and available.
- Control food wastage and maintain portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with the service and barista team during busy hours.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and workstations properly.
- Take responsibility for the overall quality and smooth functioning of the kitchen.

2-4 years of café/restaurant experience

Strong knowledge of Continental and café-style food

Ability to design a menu independently, not just follow recipes

Good understanding of food costing and portion control

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
