ABOUT THE COMPANY

JOB SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, referrals, online research, and other sales channels.
- Connect with manufacturers, exporters, traders, and SMEs to understand their business requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and sales discussions with potential customers.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to generate repeat business, renewals, and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and post-sales support.
- Prepare daily activity reports and participate in regular sales review meetings.

REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Direct Sales,



Inside Sales, or similar roles.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
- Comfortable with making cold calls and handling client interactions.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
