Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions on soft skills, communication skills, and English language proficiency
- Conduct interview preparation sessions including mock interviews and personality developmentAssess trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback
- Develop and customize training materials as per program requirements
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams for training-related activities and program executionWillingness to travel locally as required for training delivery
Eligibility Criteria:Qualification: Graduate / MBA
- Total 3 -4 Years’ ExperienceExperience: Minimum 2 year of operational or relevant training experience
- Languages: Good command over English, Hindi, and local language
Required Skills:Robust communication and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal and mentoring abilitiesKnowledge of training methodologies and activities
- Ability to engage and manage diverse groups of learners
- Adaptability and willingness to travel
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
