Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Lead Generation
- Research and identify target colleges, universities, institutions, and relevant corporate organizations.
- Build and continuously expand the institutional prospect database.
- Identify appropriate decision-makers, including Principals, Directors, TPOs, HODs, management

representatives, and corporate HR/L&D; contacts.
- Research institutional profiles, potential requirements, and relevant engagement opportunities.

Outbound Business Development
- Conduct professional introductory calls with prospective institutions.
- Communicate Webskitters Academy's capabilities clearly and professionally.
- Understand initial institutional requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate qualified appointments for the B2B Manager and College & Corporate Relations Executive.

Lead Nurturing & Follow-up
- Maintain regular and structured follow-ups with prospective institutions.
- Track conversations, meeting outcomes, requirements, proposals, and next actions.
- Follow up on pending proposals, workshops, assessments,



meetings, and other institutional activities.
- Maintain a systematic approach to opportunities with longer decision-making cycles.
- Database & CRM Management
- Maintain an accurate and updated college/institution database.
- Classify prospects and opportunities based on defined business requirements.
- Update CRM records with:
- First contact date
- Decision-maker details
- Requirement
- Meeting date
- Proposal status
- Next follow-up
- Expected closure
- Ensure data accuracy and timely CRM updates.

Business Development Support
- Support the B2B team in preparing presentations, meeting schedules, institutional information, and

proposal documentation.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings between prospects and senior team members.
- Support tracking of institutional engagement activities from initial contact through prospect

progression.

MIS & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly
