About the Role

Goodness of Green is looking for a creative, organized, and performance-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow the brand's presence across social media platforms.

This role will work closely with the content creation, graphic design, video, influencer, and performance marketing teams to ensure that social media activity is aligned with the overall business and marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the monthly social media strategy and content calendar.
- Establish clear monthly objectives for brand awareness, engagement, education, consideration, and conversion.
- Plan content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Develop appropriate content pillars around the brand, products, ingredients, wellness education, lifestyle, customer experiences, and trust-building.
- Ensure each Goodness of Green product receives appropriate visibility and positioning.
- Create briefs for reels, static posts, carousels, stories, UGC, educational videos,



and promotional creatives.
- Write or supervise captions, hooks, headlines, CTAs, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and other team members to ensure timely content production.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, messaging, and positioning across all platforms.
- Ensure content follows applicable advertising and wellness/nutraceutical compliance guidelines.
- Avoid exaggerated, misleading, or unsupported health claims.
- Develop content that communicates product perks in a credible, educational, and consumer-friendly manner.
- Manage the daily publishing and scheduling of social media content.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain an active online community around Goodness of Green.
