(10-15 years of experience) SAP ABAP HCM Developer with robust expertise in HR (HCM) modules, including Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA). The role involves designing, developing, and supporting custom ABAP solutions to meet HR business requirements. Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms in SAP HCM. Work on: HR Reports (Classical ALV) HR Forms (SAP Script, SmartForms, Adobe Forms) Interfaces (IDocs, BAPIs, Web Services) Develop solutions related to: Personnel Administration (PA) Organizational Management (OM) Time Management (TM) Payroll (PY) (preferred) Work on Infotypes and HR logical databases (PNP, PNPCE). Develop programs using HR function modules (e.g., HR_READ_INFOTYPE)
