Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets for home loans, mortgage loans, and LAP (Loan Against Property).
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue growth in the assigned region.
- Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 2-17 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with expertise in home loans, mortgage loans, or LAP.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance norms governing these products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
