Job brief:

We are looking for a talented Social Media Executive to administer our social media accounts.

You will be responsible for creating original text, image and video content, managing posts and

responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our

marketing goals.

As a Social media executive, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies

and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express

our company's views creatively.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web

traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Perform research on current trends and audience preferences
- Benchmark, design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Own, ideate, generate, publish and share engaging content as per suggested frequency

(e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

- Monitor social media pages, comments, messages,



reviews and running social media ad

campaigns and take appropriate actions.

- Collaborate with other marketing team members, sales and customer relations to ensure

brand consistency

- Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures

and blog layout) and update as per refresh cycle.

- Suggest and implement current features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and

competitions

- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and

applications

Requirements and skills:

- Proven work experience as a Social media executive( 4-6 years)
- Excellent communication, analytical and multitasking skills
- LInkedIn/ Facebook/ Instagram/ Reddit, YouTube Organic Content marketing Skills
- Knowledge and expertise in responding to social media comments
- Excellent copywriting skills and hands on experience in content management and AI

content tools

- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) by creating scripts, visualizing

outcome and suggesting camera angles, shots, creatives etc.

- Experience working with IT and ITeS services, cloud, servers technologies.
- LInkedIn/ Facebook/ Instagram Ads Skills Marketing ( Good to have- not mandatory )
