- Ensure timely completion of machine installation and commissioning within the prescribed schedule.
- Attend to technical and technological complaints related to machines installed at customer locations.
- Diagnose complaints and provide appropriate technical solutions to ensure effective and timely closure.
- Maintain accurate records of installation, commissioning, service visits and complaint closures.
- Create positive awareness among customers regarding machine performance, capabilities and operational advantages.
- Coordinate with internal teams and the principal for resolving critical technical and technological issues.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma / B.Tech in Textile Technology
- 3 - 8 years of experience in installation, commissioning, or field service of industrial/textile machinery.
