Job Title
Football Teacher / Football Coach
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct structured football training sessions for students across different age groups.
- Teach fundamental football skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, ball control, defending and goalkeeping.
- Develop students' fitness, agility, coordination, stamina and overall physical conditioning.
- Identify talented students and develop them for school-level and competitive football.
- Conduct regular practice sessions and prepare students for inter-house, inter-school and other competitions.
- Select and coach school football teams/squads.
- Develop age-appropriate training plans and monitor student performance.
- Teach students football rules, sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline and fair play.
- Ensure proper warm-up, cool-down and injury-prevention practices.
- Maintain football equipment and ensure that the playing area is protected.
- Follow all school safety and child-protection procedures.
- Organise and support Sports Day, football tournaments and other sporting events.
- Coordinate with the PE department, Sports In-charge and other coaches.
- Maintain records of student participation, fitness and sporting progress.
- Encourage students to participate actively in sports and develop a healthy lifestyle.
- Support the school's overall sports programme and contribute to a positive sporting culture.

Educational & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education / Sports / a related field, or a relevant sports qualification.
- Diploma/certification in Football Coaching from a recognised sports organisation is an advantage.
- Recognised football coaching certification is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Football Coach / PE Teacher / Sports Teacher in a school environment is preferred.
- Experience with CBSE/ICSE schools is an advantage.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, leadership and classroom-management skills.

Experience
