Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Robotic Welding Engineer to manage, operate, troubleshoot, and optimize robotic welding systems. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth production, ensuring welding quality, and improving robotic welding processes.
Key Responsibilities

- Operate and program robotic welding systems for production.
- Should have good working knowledge of FANUC and Panasonic welding robots.
- Set up welding robots, welding parameters, fixtures, and programs.
- Troubleshoot robot, welding, and production-related problems.
- Monitor welding quality and ensure production meets required standards.
- Optimize robot programs and welding parameters to improve productivity and quality.
- Carry out robot teaching, calibration, and program corrections.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams.
- Identify welding defects and take corrective actions.




- Perform preventive maintenance checks on robotic welding equipment.
- Maintain records of robot programs, welding parameters, and production issues.
- Train operators on proper operation and basic troubleshooting of robotic welding systems.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of robotic welding processes.
- Hands-on experience with FANUC and Panasonic welding robots.
- Knowledge of MIG/MAG welding processes and welding parameters.
- Knowledge of robot programming, teaching, and troubleshooting.
- Positive understanding of welding fixtures and components.
- Ability to identify and resolve welding defects.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle production pressure.

Preferred Experience

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in robotic welding.
- Experience in a manufacturing / fabrication / automotive or engineering production environment will be preferred.

Salary
30,000 to 35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
