We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented and communication-skilled professionals to join our team for marketing and admissions of higher-education programs.

Role & responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with prospective student leads through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
- Counsel students and parents regarding available higher-education programs.
- Understand students' academic background and career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course details, eligibility, admission process, fees and other relevant information.
- Convert qualified enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Coordinate with the academic/admissions team to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Participate in education marketing campaigns, seminars, counselling sessions and other promotional activities.

Preferred candidate profile





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and counselling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with calling and follow-up.
- Ability to communicate professionally with students and parents.
- Prior experience in education sales, admissions, counselling, EdTech, telecalling or business development will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
