- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely repayment of housing loans and mortgages.
- Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research to expand the client base.
- Process loan applications from start to finish, including credit checks, appraisals, and disbursements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries and concerns in a skilled manner.
Job Requirements :
- 2-20 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in home loans, housing loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage loans.
- Strong understanding of financial products such as fixed deposits, savings accounts, current accounts etc. .
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.
