Job Title: Associate Software Engineer, AI

Location: Bangalore

Reports to: Sr. Manager, AI/ML

Responsibilities

- This is one of the critical roles under the AI team within Engineering. You will possess deep technical expertise as a AI engineer and a strong commitment to participate in the entire AI development lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- This role works on multiple technologies and databases to make sure the product development moves towards rapid development, rich controls, more scalable, and better security.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.



You re not just comfortable engaging in cooperative discussions, but initiating them, too. You are skilled at reading and adapting to different communication styles. When you speak you are clear and concise. Your strong listening skills foster connections with our clients and allow you to accurately collect the right information so you can resolve issues most expediently.
- Exposure to mature SDLC practices. Understanding of Agile methodologies. Experience with unit testing, code coverage, and security scan tools. Proficient in working with source control tools like GitHub/Bitbucket.

Education

- A bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
