4-year full-time Bachelor's degree in IT/CSE/Electronics & Communication/Computer Applications or equivalent, or MCA (full-time), OR M.E./M.Tech (full time) in the same fields, from a Government-recognized university/institution.
B. Experience:
Total 15 years' experience with at least 5 years' hands-on experience as a Solution Architect (or similar) role.
C. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end technical architecture for the concerned platform, including integrations with State/Central Government databases applications.
- Define technology standards, design patterns and best practices to be followed across all systems.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where they improve scalability, security or citizen experience.
- Create architecture blueprints, high-level and low-level design documents for new modules and integrations.
- Guide and review the work of development teams to ensure solutions meet architectural and security standards.
- Work closely with the CTO, Infrastructure Lead and Security team to ensure system-wide consistency and resilience.
