Key Responsibilities

- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) with strong expertise in Inbound, Outbound, and Internal Warehouse Processes.
- Deep knowledge of Inbound Logistics including Yard Management, Unloading, Deconsolidation, Putaway, Goods Receipt, and exception handling scenarios.
- Strong experience in Outbound Logistics including Picking, Packing, Loading, Shipping, PGI (Post Goods Issue), and exception management.
- Expertise in Handling Unit (HU) Management, Warehouse Task/Warehouse Order processing, and inventory management.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SAP EWM warehouse processes independently.
- Robust understanding of Warehouse Master Data Management, including Material Master, Storage Bins, Storage Types, and Business Partners.
- Experience in Batch Management and warehouse inventory control processes.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA and EWM integration, including CIF (Core Interface) setup and troubleshooting.
- Experience with IDoc interfaces, monitoring, integration, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of all EWM-related interfaces and cross-functional integrations with MM, SD, PP, TM, and other SAP modules.
- Expertise in Labour Management and SAP Screen Personas.
- Ability to gather business requirements, design SAP-driven warehouse solutions, and perform process mapping.
- Experience across the full project lifecycle including Design, Configuration, Development Support, Testing, Deployment, Hypercare, and Production Support.
- Independently manage high-priority incidents, problem management, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and service operations.
- Collaborate effectively with business users, SAP development teams, and support teams.
- Contribute to process improvements, knowledge management, and SAP EWM practice-building initiatives.




- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and other SAP implementation methodologies.
- Ability to manage client expectations, identify risks proactively, and provide mitigation strategies.
