Position: CNC Programmer
Department: Machine Shop

Role & responsibilities

- Read and interpret technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and 3D models.
- Develop CNC programs using CAM software for 2D, 3-axis, and 3+2-axis machining.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
- Handle troubleshooting and optimization during machining operations.
- Work with CNC controllers such as Siemens 840D SL, Sinumerik One, and Fanuc.
- Ensure process quality and machining accuracy as per drawing requirements.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth manufacturing operations.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of CNC Programming (G-Code & M-Code)
- Expertise in 2D & 3D machining
- Hands-on experience with CAM software such as Hypermill / Powermill / Cadem
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings & GD&T; standards
- Knowledge of cutting tools, tool presetters, and shrink-fit machines
- Solid attention to detail and quality standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

- Experience with Multi-axis CNC Machines (4-axis / 5-axis)

Additional Requirements

- Willingness to relocate to Palwal
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
