Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain effective cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in hospitality or related field with a focus on hygiene or housekeeping management.
- Solid knowledge of hygienist activities, including sanitation practices and infection control measures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
