A leading Financial Services organization is hiring an experienced Area Manager for Trichy.

Role: Area Manager
CTC: Up to 9 LPA Fixed Negotiable
Experience: 6+ years
Industry: NBFC / Housing Finance / Mortgage Finance

Mandatory Requirement:

Candidates with relevant experience specifically in HL (Home Loans), LAP (Loan Against Property) and Mortgage products should only apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple branches and drive business growth
• Drive HL/LAP/Mortgage business and achieve targets
• Monitor branch operations, portfolio quality and compliance
• Manage and motivate the sales team
• Ensure achievement of business and collection targets
• Regular travel and branch visits will be involved

Only candidates with solid HL / LAP / Mortgage experience will be considered.
