We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager from a retail, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or customer-facing background to support daily store operations, drive customer engagement, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Preferred candidate profile
Manage day-to-day store operations, ensure an excellent customer experience, supervise and guide the store team, manage appointments and customer queries, drive sales, conversions, repeat business and customer retention, conduct customer follow-ups and lead engagement, ensure adherence to SOPs and store standards, maintain inventory and MIS reports, and coordinate with doctors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth store functioning and achievement of business targets.
