Subject: Urgent Hiring for QA/QC Manager Leading Non-Ferrous Metallurgy Manufacturer, Vapi

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Position Summary:

The QA/QC Manager will own quality assurance and control for incoming raw material (ingot/scrap), in-process alloy composition, and finished goods release at the Valvada plant. The role absorbs the standalone QC Executive function into a single accountable position, including CoA issuance and customer complaint coordination, and will manage a QA (GET) and lab technician team while reporting to the Plant Head.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect and verify incoming RM (ingot/scrap) against spec before acceptance.
- Conduct alloy composition testing via spectrometer/lab checks during production.
- Sign off on batch release and issue Certificate of Analysis (CoA).




- Track rejection rate; drive root cause analysis and CAPA closure.
- Support REACH/HSN documentation accuracy for dispatched grades.
- Manage QA (GET) and lab technician(s); coordinate with leadership on customer complaint resolution.

Experience: 6–10 years in QA/QC for non-ferrous/metallurgy manufacturing, minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
