Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically sound Graduate Engineering Trainees (GET) who are willing to build their career in the manufacturing and automotive industry. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands-on exposure to engineering, production, quality, and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and support day-to-day manufacturing and engineering activities.
- Assist engineers in production planning, process improvement, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs.
- Assist in identifying process defects, root causes, and corrective actions.
- Support preparation and maintenance of production, quality, and engineering reports.
- Learn and use engineering drawings, specifications, and basic GD&T; concepts.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Engineering teams.
- Participate in Kaizen, 5S,



continuous improvement, and cost-reduction activities.
- Follow company safety procedures and ensure compliance with EHS standards.
- Gain practical knowledge of manufacturing equipment, processes, and systems.
- Support senior engineers in various projects and improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Positive understanding of basic engineering concepts.
- Knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
