- Provide HR support to the sales team, ensuring effective recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
- Partner with regional managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations as needed, and maintain confidentiality when required.
- Assist in developing policies and procedures related to HRSD (Human Resource Shared Services) initiatives.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar function.
- Solid understanding of HR operations, including talent acquisition, development, retention, and compensation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; ability to multitask effectively.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with employees at all levels within an organization.
