- Develop, maintain, and update safety policies, procedures, and training programs for the organization.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop risk assessments and incident investigations reports.
- Provide guidance on industrial safety best practices to employees at all levels within the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in construction safety or related field (e.g., industrial safety).
- Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards (e.g., ANSI).
- Proven track record of developing effective safety plans, conducting thorough risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions.
- Certification as a Safety Engineer or equivalent certification in a related field.
