Responsibilities:-
Strong knowledge of procurement for fabrication, machining, casting, and forging components. Ability to understand drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
Building and maintaining solid supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and delivery reliability.
Very strong follow-up skills to ensure on-time delivery. Proactive expediting and issue resolution.
Identifying and developing new vendors to strengthen supply base and improve competitiveness.
Taking complete responsibility for assigned packages from RFQ to final delivery.
Working knowledge of SAP for PO creation, tracking, and material management.
Close interaction with engineering, quality, production, and logistics teams.

Qualification:-
3–5 years of experience in SCM / Procurement (Engineering industry preferred)
Experience in buying fabrication, machining, casting, and forging components
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good English communication (written & verbal)
Ability to work under schedule pressure
