Job Title: Supervisor/Sr. Supervisor

Location: Multiple locations (All over India)

Key Role: Responsible for the smooth and timely execution of aluminium formwork (Aluform) works at the project site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute aluminium formwork activities as per drawings and schedule.
- Coordinate with site, planning, structural, and subcontractor teams.
- Ensure correct formwork erection, alignment, level, and de-shuttering.
- Monitor materials, productivity, and daily progress.
- Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
- Resolve site execution issues and maintain daily reports.
- Coordinate with client representatives for inspections and approvals.

Requirements:

- 1 to 10 years of experience in aluminium formwork/high-rise construction.
- Good knowledge of formwork reading drawings, site execution, and measurements.
- Solid coordination, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work across multiple sites/locations
