Job Summary

Factspan Analytics is seeking a Principal MLOps Engineer with 6+ years of experience to lead model deployment, monitoring, and productionization. You will design efficient AI workflows, ensure seamless ML integration, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex enterprise business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- MLOps & Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and maintain scalable ML pipelines, containerized environments, and CI/CD practices across cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical pods,



establish model registry best practices, and mentor junior team members.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex business challenges into analytics solutions with a business-first mindset, delivering clear updates to executive leadership.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 6+ years in MLOps, model monitoring, Kubernetes, and productionizing ML models.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Java, Kubernetes, and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Core Competencies: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, model registries, pod leadership, and consultative stakeholder engagement.
