Overview

We're hiring detail-oriented Generalist Video Narrators & Editors to support AI training and evaluation projects.

This role is ideal for people who are comfortable in front of a microphone, know their way around basic video editing tools, and can review video/audio content critically. You'll work on tasks involving narrating scripts,editing raw footage into clean clips, and reviewing video content for quality. No professional studio setup or advanced production experience is required.

This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.

Role & responsibilities

- Record explicit, natural-sounding voice narration for scripted or guided video content
- Edit raw video footage: cuts, trims, transitions, basic audio sync, and simple captions/subtitles
- Review videos (your own or others') for narration clarity, pacing, and overall editing quality
- Follow detailed scripts, tone guidelines, and formatting instructions consistently
- Flag audio/video quality issues such as bad sync, unclear narration, poor cuts, or background noise
- Re-record or re-edit sections based on review feedback




- Provide short written notes explaining review decisions when evaluating video quality
- Meet daily/weekly task or quality targets as assigned

Preferred profile

Must-Have:

- Clear, confident speaking voice in English with natural pacing and pronunciation
- Working knowledge of at least one video editing tool (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora)
- A quiet recording space and a decent microphone (phone mic is acceptable if clear)
- Sharp eye and ear for spotting quality issues when reviewing video/audio content
- Ability to follow scripts and detailed instructions precisely and consistently
- Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop/computer

Nice-to-Have (not mandatory):

- Background in voiceover, dubbing, content creation, video production, or broadcasting
- A portfolio of edited videos or narration samples (YouTube, reels, past projects, etc.)
- Experience with subtitle/caption tools or basic sound cleanup (noise reduction, levelling)
