Operations & Maintenance: Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, coordinate routine inspections, and manage repairs to minimize equipment downtime.Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and supervise third-party service providers for landscaping, janitorial, security, and cafeteria services to ensure quality standards.Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with fire, safety, and environmental regulations, and maintain crisis management and emergency evacuation procedures.Space Management & Planning: Monitor space allocation, track organizational churn rates, and coordinate office reconfigurations or renovations.Budgeting & Administration: Manage the operational budget, track facility expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives for energy and utility consumption.
