Job Summary

New Look Laser Clinic is looking for an experienced Sales Counselor / Business Development Executive to manage inbound leads, schedule consultations, and help prospective clients choose suitable skincare and laser treatments. This target based profile offers exceptional growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and website leads.
- Convert inquiries into clinic consultations and treatment bookings.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain lead records.
- Explain treatment options, packages, and pricing clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a positive client experience.
- Support monthly sales and appointment booking goals.

Requirements:




- 1-3+ years of experience in sales, counseling, business development, or client relationship management.
- Prior experience in a skincare, aesthetic, dermatology, laser, wellness, or healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer service orientation.
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of skincare and aesthetic treatments is an advantage.

Salary: Competitive fixed salary + performance incentives
