Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Organization: Keep the shop floor, workstations, and storage areas clean and hazard-free.
- Inventory Support: Assist with unloading shipments, labeling stock, and organizing shelves or bins.
- Technical Assistance: Help senior technicians or staff with manual tasks, such as holding components in place, fetching tools, or prepping materials.
- Customer Service: Greet customers upon entry and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- General Errands: Handle local pickups/deliveries or miscellaneous tasks as needed to keep the shop running smoothly.
Skills & Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20-25 kg regularly.
- Reliability: Strong punctuality and a consistent work ethic.
- Communication: Ability to follow multi-step verbal instructions accurately.
- Experience:
Previous experience in a retail or mechanical workplace is a plus, but we are willing to train someone with the right attitude.
- Basic Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with standard hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month

Education:
- Secondary(10th Pass) (required)
Experience:
- working in hardware shop: 5 years (preferred)
