Your New Role: As Director of Engineering, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions that support WBD’s advertising and media platforms. This role focuses on driving engineering excellence, ensuring scalability and reliability of systems, and partnering with product and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.



You will manage engineering teams, foster innovation, and contribute to modernization initiatives that enable automation and improved monetization across platforms.

Your Role Accountabilities:
Engineering Leadership & Delivery Lead multiple engineering teams with clear ownership of delivery, quality, and operational reliability. - Drive predictable execution across complex, cross-system initiatives - Establish strong ownership culture with transparent accountability for outcomes - Balance speed of delivery with long-term platform sustainability - Build and mentor high-performing teams; develop future leaders Expectation: owns delivery and outcomes, not just execution

System Design & Implementation Own architecture and design decisions for scalable, high-performance AdTech systems across linear and digital ecosystems. - Design distributed systems for ad serving, decisioning, targeting, and measurement in such a mann
