Core Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Assist with washing, peeling, cutting, chopping, and pre-portioning ingredients as directed by the chef.
- Sanitation & Cleaning: Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils. Sweep, mop, and keep all workstations, storage areas, and trash bins clean and compliant with food safety regulations.
- Inventory & Stocking: Unload food deliveries, stock pantries, and store ingredients properly. Help monitor stock levels and rotate items to ensure freshness.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate kitchen machinery (e.g., slicers, mixers, and dishwashers) safely and report any faulty equipment to management.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist with packaging to-go orders and plating garnishes when necessary.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
