- Develop monthly and quarterly social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Create comprehensive content calendars, theme plans, and campaign concepts.
- Monitor trending social topics, audio, formats, and industry activities to keep content relevant and engaging.

Content Creation & Publishing
- Coordinate with designers, creators, and internal teams to execute high-quality content.
- Write engaging and platform-appropriate captions, scripts, and ideas.
- Publish posts, reels, stories, and TikToks across all platforms on schedule.
- Ensure the brand’s tone, identity, and consistency are maintained across channels.

Growth & Engagement Management
- Develop new ideas and strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement.
- Monitor insights, analytics, and performance metrics to optimize content.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions in a timely manner.

Collaboration & Outreach
- Reach out and coordinate with:
- Marketing and PR agencies
- Creators and TikTokers
- Restaurants, schools,



and community partners for collaborations
- Handle basic communication, negotiation, and follow-ups for partnerships.

Administrative & Support Tasks
- Support in executing marketing campaigns and offline/online activities.
- Coordinate for shoot requirements, content approvals, and deliverables.
- Assist with miscellaneous marketing tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to come up with creative ideas, hook points, and viral content formats.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tools.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle rapid-paced environments.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives.
