Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage channel partner network including distributors, dealers, system integrators, and resellers.
- Drive sales growth through channel partners for professional AV solutions.
- Identify new partners and onboard them in assigned territories.
- Build strong relationships with consultants.
- Conduct partner training, product presentations, and joint customer meetings.
- Support partners with lead generation, solution positioning, pricing, and proposal submissions.
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams for solution design and project support.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor channel performance and implement business growth strategies.
- Track competitor activities and market trends in the AV industry.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electronics, IT, or related field.
- 3-15 years of experience in AV/IT/ELV sales.
- Good understanding of enterprise AV technologies and solution selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel for partner and customer meetings.
- Experience with CRM and sales reporting tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
