We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Property Manager to manage rental properties and maintain high occupancy levels. The main responsibility of the Property Manager will be to ensure all vacant rooms are occupied through active field sales, tenant coordination, and efficient property management.
Key Responsibilities
Visit and manage assigned rental properties regularly
Ensure vacant rooms are rented quickly and occupancy is maintained
Generate leads through field sales and local marketing
Conduct property visits and room showings for potential tenants
Coordinate with property owners and tenants
Handle tenant onboarding, agreements, and basic documentation
Resolve tenant issues and maintain good tenant relationships
Monitor property condition and report maintenance requirements
Maintain occupancy records and daily activity reports
Work towards monthly occupancy and revenue targets
