Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Handle procurement of raw materials, machine components, consumables, and other production-related materials.

Generate and process purchase orders as per production requirements.

Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, delivery schedules, and negotiations.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Maintain purchase records, invoices, GRNs, and vendor documentation.

Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts departments for smooth material flow.

Monitor inventory levels and avoid material shortages.

Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.





Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills:
Basic understanding of manufacturing purchase processes.

Knowledge of vendor management and material procurement.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/software entries.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate / Diploma in Any Discipline.

6 months to 1 year of experience in Purchase Department, preferably in manufacturing industry.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
