Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Oversee all phases of ground-mounted solar projects from design to commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and O&M; teams.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and government agencies.
- Supervise civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical activities on-site.
- Ensure correct installation of solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, and cabling.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Track progress against project timelines and budgets.
- Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly project reports for management.
- Implement risk management and quality control measures.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a secure working environment at the project site.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.

Education: Any engineering in technical.

Should have 5 to 6 Years of experience in Solar Ground Mounting Sales

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
