Team Leadership: Train, coach, and motivate sales associates, create staff schedules, and assign daily duties.
- Sales & Performance: Monitor sales metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement promotional strategies to meet store targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure high service standards, train staff on conflict resolution, and handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints.
- Inventory Control: Supervise stock levels, order necessary merchandise, and conduct regular audits to minimize waste, shrinkage, and theft.
- Store Operations: Enforce health and safety regulations, oversee opening/closing procedures, and ensure the shop floor remains clean, organized, and visually appealing. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
